How we handle difficult moments
A real member of our team is part of every conversation on Mystica, and our AI-assisted system automatically flags when a conversation may involve distress or crisis. Our advisors are trained to recognize these moments too, and when they arise, a person's wellbeing comes before the entertainment experience.
If we see signs that someone may be struggling or at risk, our team steps out of the reading, responds with care, and shares the crisis resources on this page so real help is one tap away. We take these moments seriously, and we'd always rather pause the experience than continue it when someone needs support.
