This website and the Mystica mobile application, together with all readings, chat features, and other services we make available through them (collectively, the “Services”), are operated by Soulmate Medium LLC, d/b/a Mystica and The Relationship Psychics (“Mystica”). References in these Terms to the “Site” include the Services where the context applies. Throughout these Terms, the terms “I”, “me”, “my”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mystica. The terms “you” and “your refer to you, the user. We offer this Site, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

We maintain the Site as a service to our customers, and by using our Site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from this Site.

By accessing or using the Services, you affirmatively represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and you agree that this representation is a condition of your use. Acceptance of Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Mystica and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

Entertainment Purposes

This Site and any content, products or services provided by or through the Site are for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that information contained herein or provided by or through the Site , including communications in chat or similar services provided on the Site, should not be used as a substitute for the advice of an appropriately qualified and licensed person, including any medical, psychological, mental-health, financial, or legal professional. You should not rely on the Services as a basis for any significant personal decision. If you are in crisis or may be experiencing a mental-health emergency, please consult the resources on our Safety & Crisis Support page and seek qualified help immediately; the Services are not a crisis line or emergency service. Limited Right to Use

Products and Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy, as set forth below. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product or service.

Payments and Account Information

If you are purchasing something from us, you represent and warrant that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy set forth on the home page of the site at https://therelationshippsychics.com/refund-policy/, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as expressly permitted under these Terms, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.

Personas and Brand Likenesses

The personas you interact with through the Services, including “Jules,” are trademarked, fictional personas of Mystica. They are brand personas portrayed through a voice or combination of human performance and AI-assisted tools. The personas are for entertainment only and do not replace the work of a licensed professional or advisor. No persona represents a single individual offering personal services to you. All names, voices, likenesses, and related marks associated with the personas are the property of Mystica and may not be used without our express prior written permission.

AI-Assisted Content and Human Review

All readings, messages, and conversations delivered through the Services are created by Mystica’s team using AI-assisted technology. Content may be drafted or suggested with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools and is reviewed and sent by a member of our team. A real member of our team handles every conversation; however, you acknowledge and understand that the wording of any particular message may be generated or assisted by AI tools and adopted by our team member before it is sent to you. The Services are interactive entertainment and are not a substitute for a licensed professional.

Performer and Likeness Rights

The voices, likenesses, and performances associated with Mystica’s personas — including any synthesized or AI-generated voice or visual output — are used by Mystica under written agreement with the applicable performers, who have consented to the creation and use of AI-assisted and synthesized renderings of their voice and likeness in connection with the personas.

Prohibited uses/ In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Site or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your use of the Site or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Site or in the content, products or services provided by or through the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order). User Postings

We may offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data (‘User Postings’) in areas of the Site. We do not screen, edit, publish or review User Postings prior to their appearance on the Site and User Postings do not reflect the views or opinions of Mystica, its agents or affiliates. User Postings reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Mystica shall not be responsible or liable for the User Postings or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the User Postings on this Site. We reserve the right to monitor all User Postings, to edit User Postings, and to remove any User Postings which we consider in our absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of this Agreement without further notice to users of the Site.

User Submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘Submissions’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any Submissions that you forward to us. We are not and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Submissions in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any Submissions; or (3) to respond to any Submissions. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any Submissions. You are solely responsible for any Submissions you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted by you or any third-party.

Ownership of User Postings and Submissions

All User Postings and Submissions shall be deemed and shall remain our sole property and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part, except as provided in our Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of User Postings and Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of such material.

Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). SMS Messaging

By consenting to The Relationship Psychics’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney´s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents or to post comments is not transferable and may only be used by you.

THE INFORMATION FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). The Site is hosted on CheckoutChamp and WordPress. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Venue; Applicable Law

YOU AGREE THAT ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SAMPLES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SUCH USE, SHALL BE LITIGATED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON. YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY OF SUCH COURTS, AND ARE WAIVING ANY CLAIM THAT SEATTLE, WASHINGTON OR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM OR AN IMPROPER FORUM BASED ON LACK OF VENUE. Mystica’s business is conducted from the state of Washington, USA, and as such the laws of Washington will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

In the event of termination of this Agreement, the obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Site or to services provided by us (or any part thereof).

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the content, products or services provided by or through the Site constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of such, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of this Agreement shall not be construed against the drafting party.
